I’m a huge fan of Augusten Burroughs. On Facebook, I saw that he posted a link to his flickr account with pictures from the time period his one book, Dry. After reading the book, its a bit strange looking at all of the pictures that he posted. Its just completely different reading something and then actually seeing some of those scenes or people in a photograph.

I read 5 People You Meet In Heaven today. It was such a sweet book. It was a nice break after reading all of the Harry Potters.
I went and got the last Harry Potter book last night at Borders. It was crazy, Tom and I got there around 9, and I guess they started handing out wrist bands early so we were probably in the middle / towards the end of the groups they were calling. We waited around there until 11:30 when they started calling groups up. It was just, crazy. I can’t believe how many people were there. But anyways when they called our name to line up we were all the way outside the store. They had two lines going on outside the store. We were out of there by 1:15 a.m. though, they were doing awesome with checking people out. I’m on Chapter 11 now in the book, and if you don’t have it, go and get it! It’s awesome.
Tom and I went to Pittsburgh earlier in the day yesterday. I wanted to go up there to see where the concert Barb and I were going to was at, and to make sure I didn’t have any problems finding it. Then we went to the Andy Warhol museum and then went out to eat Primanti Brothers which was great.
